Located in a unique environment, which has been producing the tastiest cured meats in Spain for the last millennium.


L-ANDALUS TRADITION TIRWAL is the first natural HALAL meat-drying facility in Aragon and only the second one in entire Spain. It is located in a privileged environment in the Region of Maestrazgo, more specifically in Cantavieja (TERUEL), at the altitude of more than 1.300 metres. The facility is built in a traditional architectural style of the region, with stone as its main building material, thus blending itself completely with the rest of the village of its location. It was constructed in 1996 and has seen a whole generation of people dedicate their time and knowledge to meat curation since then.
